01

Operator

Pagelea is operated by Inochi Srl, Via Alessandro Stradella 15, 20129 Milan, Italy; VAT IT 10196520968; REA MI 2512487; share capital €10,000. Contact: hello@pagelea.com.

02

Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms and be at least 16 in the European Union, or the applicable minimum age where you live. If you use Pagelea for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.

03

Free community service

The eight published manual PDF tools are free to use without hourly or daily task quotas. Transparent safety limits still apply to file size, page count, multi-file jobs and other resource-intensive input. The hosted service may evolve, experience interruptions or change compatibility without a service-level commitment.

04

Acceptable use

Use Pagelea only with documents and content you are authorised to process. Do not infringe rights, break the law, bypass safeguards, distribute malware, overload the service or use it for deceptive, abusive or harmful activity.

05

Your documents and backups

You retain responsibility for your documents and output. Keep an original backup and inspect every result before relying on it. Pagelea processes supported files locally but does not provide legal, compliance, archival or malware-certification advice.

06

Open-source software licence

Pagelea Community source code is licensed under GNU Affero General Public License version 3 or, at your option, any later version. The repository licence governs copying, modification, network use and redistribution of the software; these website Terms do not replace or narrow rights granted by that licence.

07

Trademarks

The AGPL software licence does not grant permission to use Pagelea names, logos, product dress or other Inochi SRL marks except for truthful nominative reference. The repository trademark policy governs branded forks and distribution, and you must not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

08

Enterprise, SDK and professional services

Managed deployments, proprietary embedding rights, integrations and engineering support are offered only through a separate written agreement with Inochi SRL. Those services do not remove access to the eight free community tools.

09

Availability and liability

Pagelea is provided with reasonable care on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inochi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or damage caused by relying on unchecked output. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10

Protecting the service

Inochi may restrict abusive traffic or access when reasonably necessary to protect Pagelea, comply with law, address a security risk or respond to a material breach of these Terms.

11

Law, changes and contact

Italian law governs these Terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or courts available in their country of residence. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date. Questions or complaints can be sent to hello@pagelea.com.

12

Independent identity

Pagelea is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Sejda BV. Its branding, product copy and design were developed independently; third-party software and icons remain subject to their respective licences.
